FOOD: The restaurant’s sextensive menu is about 26 pages ang features almost every Cantonese ang Teochew delicacy ang dishes available.
Most of the food is impeccably done, full of flavor and freshness ang will not disappoint diners.
Highty recommended are the marinated or roasted goose dishes. Stewed Beef short Rib; Suckling pig, Braised Beancurd with mushroom and vegetables, steamed Teochew-style soon Hock or so mei fish, sautéed crab Hongkong-style, and Quick-Fried Teochew-style scallops.
The meats were tender and the seafood was all fresh, firm and flavourful. They after also traditional abalone, birds nest and shark’s fin dishes, plus a wide array of barbecued dishes such as Charcoal Grilled Quail, Grilled Lamb Chop ang Crispy Pork Belly.
WINE: they have an impressive array of labels from the major regions, with French wines dominating, and an assortment of New world labels as well.
